内容
各種スポーツの応援活動、チアリーディング大会出場などを通じ、研鑚してきた技術、チアスピリットを皆様に伝えていきます。
チアリーディングという競技を学び、｢個人｣の技術向上のみでなく、｢チーム｣のために努力していくこと、皆で一つのものを作り上げる喜びと楽しさを学んで欲しいと思います。
まず、自分を信じ、自分を励まし、目標に向かいひたむきに努力する事からチアスピリットは生まれます。
その姿は、見ている人全てに勇気を与え、元気付けるパワーとなります。
みんなでリズムにあわせて楽しく身体を動かしましょう！
★2020年5月現在、各施設でのレッスンは休講となっておりますが、
ZOOMを利用したオンラインライブレッスンを行っております。
