それでは、実際にアームの形を練習していこう。
正しい形と名前をしっかり覚えてね！！
まずは…
■クラスプ
手を組み、あごの前に持ってきます。
手を組むときに、指を1本ずつかけるのではなく、
親指とそれ以外に分けて組むようにしてね。
「あごの前」といっても、下を向いたあごの前ではなく、
お客さんの方を見るように「チンアップ↑」したあごの前にしてね。
前から見ると…
しっかりと脇を閉じてくださいね。
ただし、肩は前に出ないように、胸を張った状態です。
