ぼちぼちと梅も咲き始め、少しずつ春に向かっているようですが、
夜の街はまだまだ寒いです(>_<)
お腹がすいた寒い夜には、やっぱり食べたくなってしまいます。
ラーメン。。
ご当地ものも含め、本当にたくさん個性的なラーメンがありますが、
ラーメンを提供するコンセプトも楽しみの一つです♪

具材の組み合わせや見せ方を進化させつつも、
本質の味が変わらないところがラーメンの偉大なところです。
