明日はいよいよ『第２回ジュニア・チアダンス検定 in東京』です！
沢山練習して、チアダンスの基礎本的な動作に自信を付けたかな？
とても大切な事なので、みなさんに考えていただきたいことです。
検定や大会、発表に向けて突然、猛練習してもダメですよね。
コツコツと毎日何をどれだけ積みあげてきたかが結果につながります。
やったことは必ず身についているので、
何年かかっても、自分の身体と向かい合い、基礎的な動作を
正しく行える身体を身につけ続けましょうね。
