涙の数だけ強くなる！？感謝の1週間

今週は沢山の涙と笑顔をみてきました。
もうすぐ卒業するお姉さんを送る会を取りまとめる下級生の姿と
それをうれしそうに受ける上級生、
大会が近づき、チームとしてなかなかまとまらない不安をぶつ合い、
結果を出そうとする姿。
1年間の成果を思いきり表現する堂々とした笑顔を見せる姿。
全員が目標に向かって進んでいる姿を目の当たりにし、
指導者としてこの場に立てていることに感謝をする1週間でした。
また新たなクラスになったら、また新しい出会いがあったら、
必ず1年後に同じような気持ちが持てるよう、その出会いに感謝し、
精一杯1年を過ごそうと決めました。
一緒にまたがんばろうね☆
