【チアリーディング部門】安全規定をご案内いたします。

共通項目/チアリーディング・チアダンスに加え、下記の項目についてご確認ください。

１、練習、演技について

スタンツ、ピラミッド、トス、タンブリング等は適切な地面で行うこと。
コンクリート、アスファルト、濡れている場所、障害物のあるところで行わないこと。

２、手具について

フラッグ、バナー、サインボード、ポンポン、メガホンの使用は可能。
スタンツ、タンブリング時に棒状の小道具は禁止。
小道具は演技の妨げにならないよう、安全に取捨すること。
スタンツの上から固い素材のボードを放り投げることは禁止。

３、スポッターについて

スタンツに必要なスポッターは自チームにて選出すること。

４、キャッチ・着地について

膝、お尻、正面や背中から落下するもの及び、
ジャンプ、スタンツ、または頭が下になった姿勢からのスプリッツデイスマウントは禁止。
例外として、体重の大半が手もしくは足にかかり、落下の衝撃を吸収できる場合のみ可能。
