11/27（木）いきいき健康バスケットボール教室（介護予防事業）参加者募集
リンク栃木ブレックスでは平成26年度宇都宮市介護予防事業として
11/27（木）に宇都宮市在住の65歳以上の方を対象に
ブレックスアリーナ宇都宮で「いきいき健康バスケットボール教室」を行います。
ブレックスの選手やチアリーダーと「ゴムボールを使った運動」や
「ダンスを盛り込んだ健康体操」を楽しみましょう！
＜いきいき健康バスケットボール教室概要＞
■開催日程：
平成26年11月27日（木） 10:00-12:00
■会場：
ブレックスアリーナ宇都宮（宇都宮市体育館）
（宇都宮市元今泉5-6-18）
■対象：
宇都宮市在住の65歳以上の方
■持ち物：
運動しやすい服装、室内靴、汗拭き用タオル、飲料水
■定員：
30名（先着順）
■参加料：
無料（参加者は傷害保険に加入します）
