リンク栃木ブレックスでは平成25年度宇都宮市介護予防事業として8/18（日）に宇都宮市在住の65歳以上の方を対象にブレックスアリーナ宇都宮（宇都宮市体育館）で「いきいき健康バスケットボール教室」を行います。ブレックスの選手やチアリーダーと「ゴムボールを使った運動」や「ダンスを盛り込んだ健康体操」を楽しみましょう！
★いきいき健康バスケットボール教室概要★
■開催日時 平成25年8月18日（日） 9:30-11:30
■会場 ブレックスアリーナ宇都宮 武道場
■対象 宇都宮市在住の65歳以上の方
■持ち物 運動しやすい服装、室内靴、汗拭き用タオル、飲料水
■定員 30名（先着順）
■参加料 無料（参加者は傷害保険に加入します）

必要事項を明記の上、FAXでお申込みください。
