苦しい時ほど声援を＠東京調布ロードレース

先週末は味の素スタジアムにて開催されました
第5回東京調布ロードレースの応援に行って参りました。
レースは、小学生の部から成人の部まで、様々な年齢層に
分かれていました。
それぞれのスタート地点での応援をしましたが、
やはり、スタートの緊迫感は、どの世代のランナーからも
伝わってきます。
レースの途中は沢山の声援が飛び交います。
ご家族、友人、クラブの仲間、部活の仲間、会社の仲間。
声援が聞こえるたびにランナーは勇気づけられた様に
顔を上げ、もう１度姿勢を立て直します。
苦しい時ほど、声援はランナーの背中をもう一押ししてくれます。
チアリーダーは、声援＋からだの表現で応援します！
ランナーの皆様を称え、レースに集中できるシーンを作り、
スタート後は思い切り声援を送ります。
中途半端に応援することは絶対にだめです。
徹底的に声を出し、キレのある動きでしっかりと応援をします。
そして、表彰式もしっかりとお手伝いさせていただきました。
今日の東京調布ロードレースのオリジナルTシャツをいただき、
みんなで記念撮影！うれしいプレゼントをいただきましたね。
