今日は、『山の日』ですね。
2016年1月1日に施行された休日なので、今日が記念すべき
第一回目と言うことになります。
そんな休日は、家族の皆さんとすごされたのかな？

先日行われた『夏チア』のような、チアリーディング、
チアダンスの大会では、沢山の応援をいただくことが多いですよね。
選手として出場するチアリーダーの皆さんは、その応援に対して、
