梅の季節♪

つゆは梅の雨と書くくらいで、
梅の実がなる季節なんですよね～。
毎年梅酒や梅シロップをつけてきたのですが、
今年は梅干しに挑戦しています☆
梅酒や梅シロップの場合、
まだ青い梅を使うのですが、
梅干しの場合、
黄色熟してきたのを使うそうです。
なので、少し時期が遅いんですよね。
水にさらしてアクをとり、
ヘタを取っていきます。
そして、焼酎で消毒して、
塩と砂糖と梅を交互に入れていき、
重しをして仕込み完了♪
重しがなかったので、
ビニール袋に水を入れて代用(^_^;)
これでできるのかな…？？
数日経つと、
水分が出てきます。
これを白梅酢というらしい。
梅雨が開けてから、
干すと出来上がりとのこと。
まだまだ梅干しの道は長いです。。。
うまくできるか楽しみ(^^)
